PPGI is the hot galvanized plate, hot plated aluminum zinc plate, electrogalvanized plate, etc., after surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), coated with one or several layers of organic coating on the surface, and then baked and cured products. Because it is coated with a variety of different colors of organic paint color steel coil named, referred to as PPGI.
Steel coil, coating, primer coating, auxiliary materials, etc. The surface of the steel coil needs to undergo steps such as oil removal, rust removal and surface treatment to prepare for painting. The coating is evenly sprayed on the surface of the steel coil to achieve the desired color, gloss and texture. After coating, the steel coil is dried to ensure that the paint is completely dry and cured on the surface. After drying, the color coating roll needs to be cooled to accelerate the coating curing and improve the quality. Then the quality inspection is carried out to ensure that the coating standard is met. According to customer requirements, the color coated roll is cut into the appropriate length of the roll. Finally, the color coated rolls are packaged according to the packaging standards.
